Indian society has a caste system that has existed for thousands of years. Eventually, this sort of segregation gave way to greed, which led to the higher castes oppressing the lower caste. One thing to be noted is that the practice of live-in relationships is widely practiced in urban India especially in metropolitan cities. In India traditionally marriage is a sacramental institution and the very essence of marriage is based on the principles of tolerance and responsibilities. Yes, social media has various negative impacts like privacy issues, information overloads and internet fraud. Though various social networking sites have come up “Privacy Setting” facilities, yet we see many cases of privacy invasion and leakage of personal information. Individual have thousands friends on their “friend list” but none in real that one can count upon.<\/p>\n
We can confidently predict that Indian culture will have a glorious future in which all of our culture’s current flaws will be addressed and people will live in a rich cultural heritage. Purdah practice was brought in the Indian society by the Muslim conquest in Indian subcontinent. Jauhar was practiced by the Rajputs of Rajasthan whereas Devadasis in temples were sexually exploited by the rich people. However, now-a-days, women are participating in every areas of work without getting fear.<\/p>\n
Access to and control over productive resources will result in increased voice, agency and meaningful participation in decision-making at all levels from family planning to the time of conceiving. Although, socio-cultural factors motivate regionalism, other factors such as socio-economic and political also play a crucial role in it. The accommodation of multiple aspirations of a diverse population is necessary. Across nations, and through decades, economic development has been correlated to personal mobility. India has witnessed remarkable growth over the last few decades. However, the mobility infrastructure has not kept pace with the demand.<\/p>\n
